Just wanted to take a minute and tell you how successful the RMS System has been for us. It is so simple to use and user friendly. We do a lot of reservations and it is expecially easy to send out confirmations to our guests. The best part is doing owner reservations. We have over 160 owners and putting in a reservation for them is aprox. 10 seconds! It's great. The accounting part is very useful and helps with my reporting. Very accurate. As well, we have cutomized a number of reports and your staff is always so helpful and quick to make it happen.

We are a growing cabin rental company and have found the RMS software to be just what we need for managing our reservations on a daily basis. The system provides our guests and property owners with all the needed information from confirmations and owner notifications to a "thank you" letter after their stay. We also love the tape chart which gives us a complete look at our reservations in a graphical, color coded format. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the RMS system and love the fact that the system will "grow" with us in the future!

What a great system! For the past 14 year’s I have seen RMS change with the times and it keeps getting better, enjoy the fact that it is user friendly and easy to use. I really enjoy how the system keeps the history notes on reservations and maintenance work orders, form the day and time of input to arrival or complication. Shore Management Corporation has been using Resort Management Software since 1998. We have found it to be extremely user friendly. All topics of the software is everything that you need to operate your rental business professionaly. We really like the ability to make our reservations and confirmation letters personal. It is a real pleasure to work with customer service at RMS, they have always been able to help me when I have any questions or problems from user mistakes. I really like the ability of RMS to take control of my computer and to look at problems first hand. If I was in the market for a new rental management software program I would choose Resort Management again.
