 When our small business made the switch to RMS I freaked.  My palms where perspiring so much when I was "logging in" I thought for sure I would get electrocuted and short circuit the key board as the sweat dripped.  That however was then...now watch out.  With the help of my partner and your support team, I fly through a reservation,  a merchant statement, a reservation change, a calender and well probably only 15% of the true capabilities the entire RMS has to offer.  Soon I will try my hand at scheduling my staff and well the possibilities are endless.  There are so many layers to RMS.  Your price is extremely reasonable as well.  I can not fathom why a company would use any other system other than yours. Your support team is timely, polite, has humor, and very succint, the problems are quickly resolved!

What a great system! For the past 14 year’s I have seen RMS change with the times and it keeps getting better, enjoy the fact that it is user friendly and easy to use. I really enjoy how the system keeps the history notes on reservations and maintenance work orders, form the day and time of input to arrival or complication. Shore Management Corporation has been using Resort Management Software since 1998. We have found it to be extremely user friendly. All topics of the software is everything that you need to operate your rental business professionaly. We really like the ability to make our reservations and confirmation letters personal. I really like the ability of RMS to take control of my computer and to look at problems first hand.
